Miałem szczęście brać udział w kilku akcjach, work-shopach z artystką Kariną Obarą. Rezultaty pokazaliśmy na duńskiej wyspie Lolland, na wystawie w SALON SVUPSAK. Karina doskonale operuje różnymi mediami - pracami mixed media, asemic writing, konceptualnymi motywami. Poniżej przykłady jej trzech prac mixed media wykonanych m.in. w Kopenhadze. Mam nadzieję, że Karina Obara niedługo będzie pokazywać swoje obrazy w najbardziej istotnych miejscach muzealnych/galeryjnych świata. Jest ona także świetną, doskonałą pisarką, niedługo zbiór jej opowiadań ukaże się w PIW-ie.

I think of this book as an example of Wróblewski’s challenge to conventional modes of writing and seeing, following his recent co-translated volume I Really Like Lovers of Poetry, his collection of asemic writing Shanty Town, and his visual poem Polowanie [Hunting]. "I REALLY LIKE LOVERS OF POETRY" is the latest book of poetry by Grzegorz Wróblewski. The English versions of the poems are the author's work in collaboration with Marcus Silcock Slease. The author was born in Poland in 1962 and has lived in Copenhagen, Denmark, since 1985. Grzegorz Wróblewski is translated into many languages. The current book raises existential issues concerning the paradoxes of human functioning, loneliness and human isolation. The poetic works in this book are often minimalistic, devoid of the metaphorical structure typical of European lyric poetry. They may sometimes be associated with Zen poetry. The poems from the volume "I REALLY LIKE LOVERS OF POETRY" are also a criticism of the modern world full of consumerism. Da jeg tidligere skrev om Frej Larsens bog "KONTORET 3.0", gjorde jeg opmærksom på den generelle lighed med mesterværkerne af Orwell, Kafka og Alfred Kubin. Tilsyneladende har vi at gøre med et lignende mønster. Kongen og hans slaver, institutionen og institutionens klienter, de svage og de stærke, embedsmænd og deres klienter, et paranoid mikrokosmos. Det ved vi godt fra klassiske læsninger. Alligevel er Frej Larsens bog anderledes. På trods af jobcenterets baggrund, på trods af denne åbenlyse lignelse om menneskeskæbnen generelt, er der et vist "element" i denne bog, som jeg gerne vil skrive et par ord om. Der er mange legender rundt om i verden om velfærdssystemet i skandinaviske lande. De taler om et skandinavisk paradis på jorden. Danmark beskrives som det lykkeligste land i galaksen. Selvmordsstatistikker er dog et tabuemne. Ingen kommenterer de arbejdsløses psykiske situation. De er under statens beskyttelse. Staten ved jo bedst, hvordan man skal håndtere d...
